Discover how Tenacity is making a difference
and how you can be a part of it.

Tenacity’s mission is to set Boston’s under-resourced youth on a pathway to post-secondary success by nurturing their wellness, boosting their physical fitness and racquet abilities, and enhancing their literacy skills. We provide athletic activities, academic support, and mentoring to help students navigate the transition from middle school to high school and beyond—whether that means college or other post-secondary endeavors. Join us in creating a world where every young person has the chance to succeed.

Are you ready to rally to help thousands of Tenacity Students
achieve their dreams?

Join us for an afternoon of platform tennis at Paddles To Pathways! Tenacity supporters come together for an afternoon of friendly competition to raise funds for Tenacity students. Platform Tennis matches will be held at Wellesley Country Club, The Country Club, Brae Burn Country Club, & Weston Golf Club. Men and women of all playing levels welcome. Register as an individual player, doubles pair, or team.

Let's Clear the Net on the Details

When is it, and what are the hours?
The tournament starts promptly at 12:00 PM and runs until 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 14th. Please plan to arrive by 11:45 AM, to check in and warm up.

What’s the format?
All are welcome — men and women of every age and skill level. Register as an individual or a doubles pair.

Is it competitive or more of a fun vibe?
A bit of both! Each host club runs a level-appropriate bracket so you’re matched with players of similar ability. To keep games balanced, please follow the combined PTI (Platform Tennis Index) recommendations when registering.

How do I get partnered up?
You can register as an individual or a doubles pair. If you sign up as an individual, we’ll pair you with a doubles partner at a similar skill level.

What am I financially responsible for?
We ask for a minimum contribution of $500 per player. We encourage you to raise more if you’re able, since every extra dollar supports our mission of helping Tenacity students succeed.

Do I need to fundraise, or can I just donate?
Whatever works best for you — donate the full $500, fundraise the full $500, or do a mix of both.

Where will I be playing?
Matches will be held at Wellesley Country Club, The Country Club, Brae Burn Country Club, & Weston Golf Club. Specific location details will be sent out before the event.
