We are at Break Point. Are you ready to rally to ensure Tenacity students are able to dream big, work hard, and achieve their dreams?
Locally, nationally, and globally, we are at a critical juncture. Multiple crises are converging – exacerbating and bringing into painfully sharp focus the inequities that persist in our society and around the world.
Not only is the COVID-19 pandemic having a disproportionate, devastating impact on marginalized communities, specifically people of color, these same communities continue to face systemic inequities that shape health, economic and educational outcomes.
This is a break point, and if we work together to convert it, we can create a significant and real momentum shift towards advancing equity, advocating for positive change, and developing and supporting young leaders who will carry forward the effort of building a more just and equitable world.
Financially, this is also a break point for our organization. These are difficult times economically for many people and organizations. Tenacity is no exception. As we strive to create equitable access to opportunity and to dismantle the barriers that deny many the freedom, safety, and success in life they deserve, we need you and the community around us to come together in support and solidarity to ensure that we are able to continue delivering programs and services that are needed now more than ever.
