Needham Bank Provides Valuable Support as a Proud Sponsor of the Tenacity Summer Tennis & Reading Program in Hyde Park
Needham Bank is providing $10,000 in sponsorship support to the Tenacity Summer Tennis & Reading Program’s (STRP) two Hyde Park locations. The award will help support the STRP’s mission to provide a safe, educational, active, and fun summer activity to youth ages 6-16 – all free of charge to the families who participate.

New Balance Foundation Awards $225,000 NB SparkStart Grant to Tenacity
Tenacity has been awarded a $225,000 SparkStart Grant by the New Balance Foundation. The award continues the New Balance Foundation’s longtime support of Tenacity’s programs with an increase of $50,000 over the previous year’s grant. The grant will be used to support Tenacity’s Pathway to Post-Secondary Success and Summer Tennis & Reading programs.
The Boston Athletic Association selects Tenacity as an Official Charity of the 2017 Boston Marathon

Massachusetts Service Alliance Announces $11 Million in AmeriCorps Funding for the Commonwealth
BOSTON, MA, July 22, 2016 – Massachusetts Service Alliance’s (MSA) CEO, Emily Haber, today announced that they have received $11,035,464 in AmeriCorps funding from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS). These grants will support over 1,400 AmeriCorps members across the state to serve with 23 AmeriCorps host sites, including Tenacity, whose award was increased to support 32 AmeriCorps members.
