Hi Tenacity, 

What: Your fitness challenge for this week is to create your own workout using the template attached here as your guide. Here is a filled-in example template. The Student who creates the most challenging workout that they can complete themselves wins this challenge. 

When: Works must be submitted by Friday, May 9th, 2020 at 3:00PM

How: Workouts can be submitted via email to malcolmneville@tenacity.org, by text message to Mr. Neville’s cell phone

Prize: $10 Dollar gift card to a store of your choosing + Mr. Neville and other tenacity staff will attempt to complete the workout you create and submitted on Instagram @tenacity_dmc
