Ned is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Tenacity. Ned’s past business experience includes serving as a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He earned his MBA, with a concentration in Strategic Organization Change, from Boston University. Ned completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance at San Diego State University where he served as captain of the Men’s Tennis Team; he later played professionally on the ATP Satellite Tour. In 2013, the International Tennis Hall of Fame presented Ned with its prestigious Education Merit Award and in the same year he was inducted into the USTA New England Hall of Fame.
Alisa, a native of Boston, has proudly served its children, families, and schools for nearly two decades. She is an enthusiastic leader, who values social justice and equity, believing they are at the heart of meaningful service to others. Before joining Tenacity, Alisa worked for Wediko Children’s Services (merged with The Home for Little Wanderers in April 2020) for over ten years, where she last served as a Program Director. Alisa is a longtime lover of tennis, excited to play with family and friends when she has the opportunity. She is also highly competitive and enjoys a variety of athletics, card games, and quality time with loved ones. Alisa is excited to be a member of the Tenacity team.
Rob has over 20 years of experience in the private sector – having successfully founded, and eventually sold two firms in the high tech and management services field. He is the founder and chairman of a boutique investment firm, where he oversees several private equity funds. He also played competitive tennis for several years, having competed in a number of satellite, qualifier, and main draw professional tour events. Beyond overseeing Tenacity financial affairs, you can find him on the tennis court looking after his Tennis Academy or providing board assistance to several commercial and nonprofit organizations.
