Happy Friday Tenacity families!
We have one more month of programming for this school year, packed with a lot of lessons and projects to finish off strong. This week’s lessons examining the history, format and remakes of famous Fairy Tales were a lot of fun; shoutout to Elijah, Kayla, and Yazmanny for their ideas in the ‘Create your own’ Fairy Tale activity yesterday afternoon. We have Youth Activism, French Open, and Money Week units coming up, as well as a showcase for final book club projects, independent blog and podcast projects, and daily videos on Instagram for ideas to stay active while we’re still apart.
Stay tuned for details on our Virtual End of Year Ceremony, which we will hold on Zoom in mid-June to celebrate our students, their projects, and the closing of another Tenacity year.

Next Week’s Class Theme
- Youth Activism- Learning about the actions and heroics of a special group of young people who stood up for their rights and beliefs and inspired others to do the same.
- Activities are held 4:00-5:00 on Monday through Thursday. All Tenacity students are asked to attend a minimum of one of these sessions each week.
